Complete electronic product assembly from component to finished unit

Box build manufacturing requires careful integration of a wide range of electromechanical systems. ANR combines engineering expertise with controlled production processes to ensure each stage of the assembly is completed accurately and efficiently.
Typical projects may include:

• Integration of PCB assemblies into enclosures, machined bodies or castings.
• Panel and rack wiring with mechanical assembly
• Installation of connectors, cables and electronic components into third party enclosures
• Manufacture or modification of custom enclosures and mounting hardware

Our engineering division can machine components, parts, housings or panels whilst will also work with you in supplying sheet metal enclosures with third parties where required. This flexibility ensures the mechanical elements of the assembly meet the precise needs of the project.

Once mechanical and electronic assemblies are completed, ANR manages the remaining stages required to prepare the product for delivery.

These stages may include:

• Programming and configuration
• Functional testing and inspection
• Product soak and burn in testing where required
• Final bespoke packaging and labelling

Products can then be prepared for distribution through our logistics and supply chain services, allowing finished units to be dispatched directly to customers or multiple end-user locations.

Many box build projects require coordination between multiple suppliers and specialist processes. Where necessary, ANR manages approved subcontractors to support the project while maintaining full quality control. This extends to hybrid supply chains, working with customers where required with free issue materials or sourcing specialised materials globally.

We also assist with packaging design and protective solutions to ensure finished products remain safe during storage and transportation.
